Job Description
ClickUp operates as an AI-native company creating a converged AI workspace that unifies calendars, documents, chat, tasks, and enterprise search. Every team member at the organization is expected to incorporate AI into their daily routine.
The organization seeks a GTM DevOps Engineer to join the Business Systems team. This position takes charge of automation, reliability, and delivery infrastructure for the Go-To-Market technology stack. The selected candidate will operate at the intersection of CI/CD engineering and platform reliability, supporting crucial business systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Workato, and expanding AI workloads across AWS Bedrock AgentCore and GCP Cloud Run.
This hands-on technical role suits an engineer who enjoys system complexity, takes ownership of platform uptime, and applies a software development mindset to business application operations. Daily duties involve partnering with business systems architects, developers, and stakeholders to maintain pipelines, monitoring tools, and operational standards that keep release cycles fast.
Responsibilities
- Design and build CI/CD pipelines for NetSuite, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Workato while establishing promotion standards and branching strategies.
- Extend CI/CD practices to handle containerized builds, deployment pipelines, and automated validation gates for AI agent workloads on AWS Bedrock AgentCore and GCP Cloud Run.
- Implement safe rollout patterns such as feature toggles, phased launches, smoke tests, and rollback procedures.
- Establish Service Level Agreement definitions, monitoring patterns, and alerting standards for quote-to-cash systems and integrations.
- Manage the lifecycles of sandbox, staging, and production environments across GTM platforms, including data masking and refresh cycles.
- Enforce consistent secrets management and API key rotation policies across AWS Secrets Manager and GCP Secret Manager.
- Build internal automation tools, testing frameworks, and scripts to reduce manual toil and improve developer experience.
Requirements
- At least four years of professional experience working in a Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or DevOps capacity.
- Minimum of two years of hands-on experience deploying and managing Salesforce environments using scratch orgs, sandboxes, change sets, or pipeline deployments.
- Operational experience with at least one additional ERP or GTM platform such as Workato, NetSuite, or MuleSoft.
- Demonstrated background in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Copado.
- Practical operational experience with GCP services including Cloud Run, GCS, Artifact Registry, and Cloud Secret Manager.
- Strong scripting capabilities utilizing Bash, Python, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with AWS Bedrock AgentCore or similar managed agent hosting infrastructure.
