The New York office is seeking a Health Insurance Sales Operations Analyst to support and scale its high-volume sales division. This hybrid role places the selected professional at the intersection of execution, data analytics, and operational process design. Responsibilities include building reporting tools, forecasting future revenue, managing territory administration, and piloting artificial intelligence integrations to maximize sales team productivity. The position suits analytical professionals who enjoy solving complex business challenges and partnering cross-functionally with leadership, finance, and product teams. Team members are expected to work from the New York office approximately two to three days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Design, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports tracking pipeline health, sales metrics, conversion funnels, and representative productivity
  • Collaborate with finance, marketing, and analytics to produce forecasting models, monthly reviews, and quarterly business reviews
  • Identify, prototype, and implement artificial intelligence and automation tools to minimize manual friction in sales workflows
  • Examine sales workflows to locate bottlenecks, recommending process modifications that enhance efficiency and the representative experience
  • Manage account and territory administration, including round-robin automation, book reassignments, segment reclassification, and coverage upkeep
  • Assist with quota and territory planning, troubleshooting data issues in the CRM, and reconciling monthly sales compensation

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or an analytical go-to-market role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for managing account routing, auditing pipeline data, and building reporting dashboards
  • Strong technical skills utilizing SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
  • Demonstrated hands-on background handling quota planning, pipeline management, and forecasting on a recurring cadence
  • Ability to evaluate automation and artificial intelligence tools and build basic prototyping workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with an organized, detail-oriented working style

Qualifications

  • Prior background working in SaaS, financial technology, SMB go-to-market motions, or payroll and HR technology environments
  • Experience supporting sales segments that involve regulatory or compliance requirements, such as employee benefits or health insurance
  • History of designing and implementing automation tools or artificial intelligence workflows
  • Track record of building effective cross-functional partnerships with analytics, sales leadership, and business technology teams
