To support large global enterprises, the company is implementing a high-touch delivery model and seeks an HR Project Delivery Manager, titled internally as a Forward Deployed Operations Manager.
This full-time remote position acts as the primary operational contact for enterprise clients and Customer Success teams. The role centers on steering complex, multi-country EOR onboarding programs from the perspective of HR operations. Selected candidates will oversee implementation schedules, manage critical path milestones, address cross-border regulatory nuances, and collaborate internally with sales and product units. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end, multi-country EOR onboarding programs for enterprise clients by tracking timelines, risk registers, and milestones
- Act as the primary operational partner for enterprise customer points of contact during project implementation
- Coordinate with internal regional HR operations, customer success, and sales teams to streamline execution
- Advise customers on international labor laws, visa and immigration rules, benefits administration, and localized contracts
- Translate in-country operational nuances into clear action plans while adhering to regulations
- Identify and resolve operational blockers, compliance risks, and payroll setup delays
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to link operational delivery with long-term account growth
- Drive client activation and platform adoption to ensure a white-glove onboarding experience
- Serve as a direct escalation point to resolve complex operational inquiries quickly
- Document and refine implementation playbooks, scalable workflows, and delivery standards
- Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams for platform roadmap improvements
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in enterprise implementation, customer onboarding, technical project management, or operations delivery within EOR, payroll, global HR tech, or SaaS environments
- Direct exposure to global employment mechanics such as employer of record, global payroll, basic employment law, or HR operations
- Demonstrated track record of managing multi-stakeholder and multi-country projects using formal frameworks like PMP or Agile
- Excellent communication and consultative leadership capabilities for interacting with VP and C-suite stakeholders at Fortune 500 or enterprise companies
- Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and simplify complex regulatory or operational realities for clients
Qualifications
- Experience handling complex and high-volume employee transfers including TUPE, M&A transitions, or enterprise-wide migrations
- International work experience across EMEA, LATAM, or APAC regions
