In this capacity, the incoming professional will own the complete employee lifecycle, acting as an in-country human resources advisor to maintain operational continuity, regulatory adherence, and growth.

Responsibilities encompass steering end-to-end UK and Ireland business transfers, handling statutory consultations, auditing employment records, managing third-party stakeholder relationships, and implementing automation tools to optimize workflows. Responsibilities
- Manage complete UK and Ireland Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment processes as the primary subject matter expert for incoming and outgoing business transfers
- Organize mandatory employee consultation procedures, handle representative elections, and monitor statutory timelines
- Audit, gather, and exchange employment data while pinpointing contractual risks and legacy benefits considerations
- Handle sensitive transfer cases, manage harmonization queries, oversee potential redundancy procedures, and draft legally compliant paperwork
- Coordinate with external payroll vendors, benefit brokers, pension administrators, and legal counsel to align benefits and ensure pension transfer compliance
- Address client inquiries concerning benefits, regulatory protections, and post-transfer integration strategies
- Deliver risk-aware advice regarding measures statements, post-transfer contract changes, and restrictive covenants
- Integrate automation and artificial intelligence to enhance transfer diligence and documentation procedures
- Provide cross-functional assistance for general human resources operations, onboarding, and lifecycle administration
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of specialized human resources background with direct involvement in UK and Ireland transfer regulations
- Thorough understanding of regional labor laws and frameworks in the UK and Ireland
- Demonstrated background handling complete business transfers, consultations, and employee relations cases
- Strong communication, negotiation, consultation, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with human resources information systems, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, and Slack
