Zoox seeks an Infrastructure Development Manager to create innovative solutions that speed up the deployment of the company's operational, testing, and infrastructure footprint. In this hybrid position, the professional will shape requirements for new sites, assess external partners for maintenance and testing staging, and manage the complete integration of these facilities. The individual will build physical and procedural plans enabling fast city activations, support long-term operational forecasting, and guide strategic planning for service and testing operations. This opportunity suits professionals experienced in scaling physical infrastructure, managing joint developments, and driving cross-functional alignment within the mobility, logistics, or autonomous technology sectors. Responsibilities
- Design frameworks and requirements allowing rapid city deployments through strategic partnerships
- Manage flexible site developments prioritizing integration speed and expanding capabilities across partner real estate networks
- Lead joint development initiatives as the primary operational connection between internal groups and external stakeholders
- Find and assess external networks and partners for specialized fleet needs to accelerate market expansion
- Assist with procurement and partnership efforts for testing infrastructure and maintain supplier relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, operations, finance, and design to execute short and medium-term business and technology roadmaps
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in operations strategy, joint development, or scaling physical infrastructure
- Background in mobility, logistics, or autonomous technology industries
- Track record of guiding complex operational integrations or strategic partnerships from conception to launch
- Capability to manage end-to-end project dependencies and handle risk mitigation
