Sutherland is hiring a Team Manager for life and disability insurance operations, on-site in Taguig City. The manager leads a team toward operational and client goals, analyzes performance data to build improvement plans, coaches team members, and serves as a subject matter expert on STD, LTD and FMLA processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team toward operational and quality goals
- Analyze operational data and build productivity improvement plans
- Identify training and development opportunities for the team
- Ensure adherence to procedures, SLAs and compliance requirements
Requirements
- At least 3 years as a Team Manager or Operations Leader in a contact center
- At least 3 years supporting life or disability insurance accounts
- At least 3 years managing inbound contact center teams
- Strong knowledge of STD, LTD, FMLA and state leave programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field preferred
- Experience supporting US-based insurance clients
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
