This on-site Manila role at Sutherland, based in Taguig, leads a team of insurance professionals supporting life and disability programs. The manager drives performance, handles client and stakeholder communication, analyzes KPIs for improvement, and guides teams through disability claims, FMLA and state leave cases.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop insurance professionals toward goals
- Monitor KPIs and build data-driven action plans
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance, SLA adherence and process audits
Requirements
- At least 3 years as a Team Manager or Operations Leader in a contact center or BPO
- At least 3 years in life or disability insurance operations
- At least 3 years managing inbound contact center teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field preferred
- Experience supporting US-based insurance clients
- Background in claims administration, benefits or workforce management
