Wise seeks an Internal Comms Designer to join its Brand and Creative division in London. This role suits an organized independent professional with a background in branding agencies or internal creative teams. The selected candidate will build scalable presentation systems, design materials for major company events, support workplace branding initiatives, and partner closely with senior executives. The position requires strong proficiency in Figma and Google Slides to transform intricate business updates into structured visual narratives.
The creative department comprises over twenty-five strategists, copywriters, and motion artists located in London and Singapore. Responsibilities
- Design visual presentations for internal meetings and corporate events using Figma and Google Slides
- Develop and expand reusable presentation templates and systems to help colleagues produce consistent brand materials independently
- Produce branding, signage, event materials, and print or digital communications for company-wide conferences under tight deadlines
- Partner with senior and C-suite stakeholders to distill complex business updates into impactful presentations
- Collaborate with the Workplace team to create signage, uniforms, and office branding elements
- Build polished review materials and reports utilizing InDesign when necessary
- Incorporate artificial intelligence tools to streamline daily workflows and increase efficiency
Requirements
- At least four years of relevant design experience within branding agencies or in-house creative departments
- Demonstrated expertise in presentation design utilizing Figma and Google Slides
- Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
- Ability to work from the London office three days per week
- Capacity to manage time independently within a small sub-team and communicate rationale effectively to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Motion design abilities including familiarity with After Effects or Jitter
- Experience with 3D design software and artificial intelligence tools
