The job is a practical, technical post inside a rapidly expanding IT group. The engineer teams up with Security and Operations to keep laptops, office locations, networks and SaaS applications secure, while keeping colleagues effective with the systems they depend on. The scope runs across identity, device fleets, office infrastructure, automation and compliance work, with an eye toward IT systems that scale with the organization.
Applicants should bring practical work from IT engineering, technical operations or DevOps-type positions, an automation-first habit, and experience running IT at large scale. Competence with modern login and provisioning standards and the identity platforms that use them is expected, as is hands-on experience with mobile device management software used across laptop and phone fleets.
Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash or comparable languages is needed, with a history of scripting compliance checks and endpoint setup. The role also calls for administering office network hardware and taking part in office build-outs, plus keeping certified security frameworks intact while remaining approachable for end users.
Advantages include deploying company-wide security safeguards, working with virtual private networks, firewalls and zero-trust designs, using endpoint-query and host-hardening tools, and writing infrastructure code. Prior experience in a fast-growing startup environment is a stated requirement.

Responsibilities
- Deliver technical projects covering identity, device fleets, offices, automation and compliance
- Work with Security and Operations to secure laptops, offices, network gear and SaaS apps
- Automate device setup, compliance verification and routine security tasks
- Administer office networking equipment and support new office build-outs
- Keep colleagues productive with company tools
- Build IT systems that expand smoothly as headcount and footprint grow
Requirements
- Practical grounding across IT engineering, technical operations or DevOps-type positions
- Automation-first mindset and experience running enterprise-scale IT
- Competence with identity standards and the identity platforms that support them
- Experience with mobile device management software
- Scripting in Python, Bash or similar languages
- Experience with office networking hardware and build-outs
- Proven ability to keep certified compliance frameworks in place
