The chosen professional will oversee the complete engagement lifecycle, ranging from initial strategy and prospecting to onboarding, ongoing usage, and impact measurement. Key duties involve building connections with school administrators, IT departments, and curriculum leaders, acting as an ambassador for Canva Education, and providing strategic guidance to help school leaders incorporate the platform into curriculum design, student collaboration, and professional development. Responsibilities
- Manage the complete school system engagement lifecycle from strategy and prospecting through onboarding and impact measurement

- Serve as an ambassador for Canva Education by guiding educators on effective platform utilization
- Provide strategic support to school leaders for curriculum design, student collaboration, and professional development
- Analyze usage trends and adoption metrics to formulate new engagement strategies and improve customer experience
- Promote the Canva brand at educational workshops, conferences, and events
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success departments
Requirements
- Familiarity with the Vietnamese K-12 public education landscape and operational procedures
- Experience working directly with Provincial or City Departments of Education and Training
- Existing professional relationships with government education stakeholders, public-school systems, or K-12 EdTech networks in Vietnam
- Demonstrated ability to secure access to and credibility with education-system leaders
- Track record of driving technology onboarding, usage, and adoption across multiple schools or districts
