Job Description
Hims & Hers is a health and wellness company that aims to help people feel better through improved health. It provides personalised care from diagnosis through treatment and delivery, and its service brings together a consumer experience, clinicians and a pharmacy. The company trades on the New York Stock Exchange as HIMS.
The Lead Product Manager owns the commercial core of the business: the membership, catalogue, pricing and billing systems that every product category sells through, along with the monetisation logic underneath them. The company is moving these systems away from category-specific builds toward a headless, global platform, and this role sets the vision and builds the foundations. The work includes creating enablement tooling and configuration surfaces so that any category can launch products quickly and safely, finding shared capabilities that no individual category has claimed and getting them estimated and scheduled, and deciding when a general capability deserves extra time compared with a specific build. The role also means building AI into the core platform and working with clinical, finance and compliance colleagues so that safety, revenue integrity and regulatory needs are designed in from the start.
This is a leadership seat held through influence rather than headcount. Candidates need at least six years of product management experience, ideally on platform, systems or infrastructure products used mainly by other internal teams. Experience with subscriptions, catalogue, pricing, billing or monetisation is a plus, as is consumer or health product experience. The role calls for the judgement to decline a partner team's request and offer a reusable route instead, while recognising when that answer would be wrong. Experience creating repeatable processes and tooling from nothing in operations-heavy settings is also sought. The listed salary range is USD 200,000 to 235,000 per year.
Responsibilities

- At least six years of product management experience working with cross-functional teams

- Willingness to decline partner requests and offer the reusable path
- AI-native working style, with agents and workflows used every day
- Experience creating repeatable processes and tooling from nothing in operations-heavy settings
