Angkas is hiring a Learning and Development Specialist on a full-time, on-site basis in the Philippines. The specialist designs and delivers training for biker-partners, from onboarding through long-term retention, manages site trainers, and creates multimedia learning content with design tools and AI. The role runs training needs analysis, aligns modules with platform and regulatory updates, and tracks training results.
Responsibilities
- Design learning programs for each phase of the biker journey, from onboarding to loyalty and retention.
- Turn operational best practices into standardized training playbooks.
- Coordinate, schedule and audit site trainers across onboarding hubs.
- Run training needs analysis and track post-training retention and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, psychology, communications, multimedia arts or a related field.
- At least 2 years in learning and development, training facilitation or instructional design, ideally in logistics or ride-hailing.
- Experience with content authoring tools such as Canva and video editing software, and with AI tools for content.
- Training facilitation skills, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel to onboarding sites.
Qualifications
- Relevant L&D certification is an advantage but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for content quality.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and manage several priorities.
