Mable is seeking a Manager, Digital Content Experience to lead its marketing website delivery, focusing on user journeys, customer acquisition, and content governance. Operating as part of the Attain Healthtech Group, Mable is a prominent Australian healthtech platform that connects older Australians and people with disabilities to independent support workers.
This hybrid role acts as the primary contact for inbound website updates, triaging requests and coordinating with developers and customer experience resources via the Web Squad. The successful candidate will author and publish web pages in Contentful, ensure legal and compliance standards, and execute strategies aligned with search engine optimization, generative engine optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
The position suits a professional with a background in digital content and web production who is passionate about leveraging technology to effect positive change in the care and support sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage the marketing website content experience for landing pages, sign-up flows, and customer journeys
- Produce and publish web pages using Contentful while adhering to business, legal, and brand requirements
- Serve as the main point of contact for inbound website requests, triaging and prioritizing work for development and CX teams
- Ensure on-time delivery of website updates and maintain content governance standards across page ownership and review cycles
- Collaborate with the Strategic Search Manager to implement SEO, GEO, and AEO content priorities
- Brief shared service content teams on newsroom and topic library articles that support the website roadmap
- Analyze website performance metrics using GA4 to identify and execute accessibility and user experience improvements
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and legal teams to align content with commercial goals
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in digital content, digital experience, or web production
- Demonstrated background in running website intake, briefing, and prioritization across multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with CMS publishing, specifically Contentful
- Practical knowledge of SEO, emerging GEO and AEO practices, and web accessibility standards
- Strong copywriting and UX writing abilities for complex information
