In this position, the sales leader will guide team members on sales strategies, conduct pipeline reviews, manage performance against quarterly targets, and handle onboarding for new hires. Responsibilities
- Coach a team of approximately eight account executives on sales strategies and pipeline reviews to reach quarterly goals

Requirements
- Minimum of two years of proven leadership experience
- Demonstrated track record of overachievement with outbound coaching experience
- Familiarity with complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers, products, and extended timeframes
- Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and team management capabilities
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze existing sales pipelines accurately
- Proficiency with tools such as SFDC, SalesLoft, and Gong
- Legal right to work in the company and specified work location
