Socket is hiring a Manager for its Technical Account Teams in Europe to lead, coach, and scale a group of remote Technical Account Managers (TAMs). The employer builds developer and security tooling utilized by numerous organizations to audit, manage, and discover open-source code.
In this position, you will oversee everything occurring after a sale is completed, including customer onboarding, adoption, retention outcomes, and long-term technical partnerships. You will build upon existing operational blueprints—such as health scoring models, segmentation, and lifecycle playbooks—to establish a predictable retention engine.
