Experian is seeking an O2C Global Process Expert to join its team in Hyderabad. This full-time position focuses on managing, standardizing, and optimizing end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations, including customer master data, invoicing, accounts receivable, cash application, and collections. The professional in this role will translate global corporate standards into practical regional execution, lead process assessments, and coordinate cross-functional delivery initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience managing complex Order-to-Cash workflows within a multinational corporate environment. Responsibilities involve evaluating current operational methods, developing functional requirements, orchestrating stakeholder alignment, and embedding financial and regulatory controls. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, independent leadership on assigned workstreams, and the ability to constructively challenge local process variations that deviate from global strategies.
Responsibilities
- Apply comprehensive end-to-end Order-to-Cash expertise across invoicing, collections, cash application, accounts receivable, and customer master data
- Translate established corporate standards into functional requirements, practical procedures, guidance documents, and regional implementations
- Conduct thorough current-state and future-state assessments to uncover operational bottlenecks, manual dependencies, and control weaknesses
- Orchestrate projects and workstreams by aligning cross-functional stakeholders on scope, dependencies, decision rights, and governance
- Work alongside technology teams and functional specialists to validate solutions, define acceptance criteria, and oversee operational testing
- Manage change demand intake, analyze requests for global process improvements, and provide data-backed recommendations for prioritization
- Embed audit, regulatory compliance, data governance, and financial control frameworks into all process evaluations and requirements
Requirements
- Extensive work history handling comprehensive Order-to-Cash operations in a complex, international corporate setting
- Demonstrated depth in at least two core O2C areas such as credit, collections, cash application, invoicing, accounts receivable, or customer master data
- Proven background in analyzing operational issues, finding root causes, and creating functional requirements and acceptance criteria
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders within projects to manage scope, risks, and adoption outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to support technology, control, automation, or process modifications across multiple geographic regions
