Responsibilities
- Review account activity and evaluate payment approval requests using AI-assisted analysis and human judgment
- Identify suspicious behaviors and recognize fraud patterns
- Integrate emerging regulatory requirements into daily workflows
- Propose process enhancements to increase efficiency and lower risk
- Document findings and share knowledge across the team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, support, and business units to mitigate risk and enable growth
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in an operational, compliance, or related function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
