Responsibilities
- Design and maintain project management frameworks, tracking systems, and operational cadences for the Strategic Partnerships group
- Employ artificial intelligence tools and automated workflows to centralize partner data, track pipelines, and minimize manual reporting tasks
- Track partner milestones, pilot rollouts, and commitments across departments as the central point of contact
- Gather, organize, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights from publishers, AI platforms, and key executive partners
- Construct feedback loops with product and engineering departments to share market trends and partner needs
- Collaborate with go-to-market and sales teams to operationalize partner learnings, objection-handling tactics, and market narratives
- Develop executive-ready collateral including message houses, presentation decks, solution one-sheets, and enablement briefs
- Translate complex technical topics like edge computing, web crawling, and AI Gateway mechanisms into clear narratives
- Coordinate pilot rollouts and partnership launches alongside aligned marketing and product documentation
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional background in program management, business operations, management consulting, strategic partnerships, or product marketing within a fast-growing technology sector
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend and work with complex technical products, platform infrastructure, or developer tools
- Proven track record of building cross-functional operating models and authoring external partner or customer collateral
- Demonstrated experience utilizing AI platforms and automation tools to scale personal and team workflows
- Familiarity with modern internet infrastructure, APIs, web crawling, and the large language model ecosystem
