This on-site position involves handling refurbished terminals that have cleared quality assurance. The selected candidate will ensure that devices are properly packaged, labeled, and logged before being transferred to inventory for distribution. Key duties include verifying packaging checklists, tracking daily performance, and maintaining accurate records of processed items.

Responsibilities
- Receive QA-approved refurbished terminals and verify that they meet all packaging criteria

- Power and inspect all approved terminals prior to packaging
- Log every packaged terminal in the system with complete details and track daily or weekly output targets
- Coordinate with inventory officers to push and collect terminals
- Maintain precise records of packaged and unpackaged inventory and report any discrepancies or damaged goods
- Reject substandard or damaged terminals and return them with valid reasons for re-evaluation
- Enforce standard operating procedures for material usage and packaging workflows
- Partner with repair and quality assurance teams to suggest workflow and process improvements
Requirements
- Familiarity with device tracking or inventory systems
- Ability to adhere to structured operational workflows
