This position suits an experienced technology advisor who can combine pre-sales technical expertise with business development and AI-first solution strategy. In this capacity, you will guide assigned partner organizations in expanding their practices, driving pipeline growth, and developing repeatable, revenue-generating offerings. Your operational focus centers heavily on pre-sales technical excellence, which includes executing product demonstrations, running architectural validations, and leading proofs of concept that accelerate deal velocity. You will also champion intelligent workflows and automation, coordinating with domain-specialist advisors to shepherd partner solutions from concept to commercialization.
While this role handles pre-sales technical discovery and solution strategy, it does not involve hand-on platform configuration, direct commercial contract management, or day-to-day partner relationship administration. Responsibilities
- Act as the main strategic interface for assigned partner organizations to build executive relationships and lead joint business planning
- Drive technical discovery sessions, executive briefings, and software demonstrations to accelerate deal velocity
- Design and execute partner-led proofs of concept and co-demonstrations that highlight business value and technical feasibility
- Advise partners on specialization strategy, practice growth, and AI-enabled offerings across routes to market
- Champion AI-first solution design, encompassing intelligent workflows, automation, and agent-based use cases
- Collaborate with internal specialist teams like Partner Solution Architects to ensure a unified partner experience
- Connect solution strategies to measurable business outcomes such as ROI, efficiency, and time-to-value
Requirements
- Possess five or more years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including workflow expertise across multiple products such as ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, CSM, or HRSD
- Bring a proven track record of building partner pipelines and shaping co-sell motions from a delivery perspective
- Have eight or more years of professional experience in enterprise technology advisory, partner strategy, or pre-sales solution consulting
- Demonstrate a strong executive presence capable of influencing senior partner stakeholders at the vice president level and above
- Show verified experience working directly with technology alliances, system integrators, hyperscalers, or other partners
- Understand enterprise platforms and workflow solutions at both conceptual and architectural levels
- Maintain familiarity with at least one industry vertical such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Public Sector, or Manufacturing
Qualifications
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and artificial intelligence capabilities like Now Assist and AI Agents
- Background in strategy advisory, management consulting, or partner business development
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or architecture credentials
- Experience operating across multiple partner routes to market including MSP, Reseller, C&I, Build, and Hyperscaler
- Ability to articulate ServiceNow differentiation compared to competitive platforms
