Operating in a player-coach capacity, this full-time role requires setting technical pre-sales strategies, cultivating high performance, and directly supporting key customer engagements.

Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a global team of OT solution consultants by offering guidance, coaching, and career development.
- Evaluate team members against a competency framework measuring technical depth, storytelling, discovery quality, and AI fluency.
- Collaborate with account executives, specialists, and sales leadership to qualify and win complex operational technology opportunities.
- Engage directly with CISOs, plant leaders, and enterprise architects to clarify technical requirements and risk reduction strategies.
- Model AI-native working methods across research, preparation, pipeline inspection, and proof-of-value design.
- Provide structured field feedback regarding competitive gaps and product features to product management.
- Track the industrial security competitive landscape and report metrics on team performance and AI adoption to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales, solution consulting, or sales engineering within cybersecurity, industrial technology, or OT security.
- Experience managing and developing technical pre-sales teams, setting standards, and providing coaching.
- Deep familiarity with operational technology environments, protocols, architectures, segmentation, and the Purdue model.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing generative and agentic AI in personal workflows and driving team adoption.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills geared toward executive and technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel up to forty percent of the time on average.
Qualifications
