Responsibilities
- Collaborate with human resources business partners supporting Go-to-Market and Marketing divisions to roll out programs and execute ongoing processes
- Examine workforce data and trends such as headcount, attrition, and performance to prepare metrics and presentations for senior leadership
- Manage end-to-end performance management cases while coaching managers for consistent and fair outcomes
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and guide business-led initiatives such as reorganizations and job level assessments
- Coordinate cross-functionally with recruiting, compensation, compliance, IT, and operations teams to align communications and programs
- Facilitate annual cyclical events like calibration sessions and pulse surveys
- Protect the confidentiality of human resources data and projects
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in a human resources role partnering with a Go-to-Market organization
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and operate as a self-starter in ambiguous environments
- Strong capability to make procedural decisions and exercise sound judgment with confidential issues
- Robust data analysis skills with the ability to share executive recommendations
