Responsibilities
- Establish enterprise policy and risk thresholds for the Know Your Supplier governance framework
- Define enterprise regulations regarding wholesale margin management and telecom supplier rate adjustments
- Draft and enforce operational guidelines, supply rules, and cross-functional engagement procedures
- Conduct statistical analyses on risks and opportunities to identify industry trends
- Construct analytical data systems to track supplier risk and compliance across the enterprise
- Develop risk forecasting models and real-time monitoring tools incorporating external public datasets
- Maintain visualization dashboards using software such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to track key performance indicators
- Lead culture-change and governance training sessions for internal teams and external partners
- Manage the risks and opportunities narrative presented to the Audit Committee and executive leadership
- Oversee enterprise-level supplier reviews and operational risk evaluations
Requirements
- At least eight years of professional background in supplier governance, telco supply chain operations, vendor management, strategy, revenue assurance, or process improvement
- Experience constructing automated data pipelines and backend data models while navigating complex datasets
- Practical skill using SQL and business intelligence visualization tools
- Demonstrated ability to establish enterprise policies, risk appetite, and governance frameworks in ambiguous situations
- Proven capacity to create executive-level risk reporting for C-suite audiences
- Background in building analytical infrastructure for large-scale enterprise compliance monitoring
