Twilio is hiring a remote People Generalist to support business operations and human resources business partners within the APJ region. Based in India, this position plays an integral part in the People Generalists team by delivering vital human resources priorities, assisting with employee relations, managing compensation and benefits, handling offboarding processes, and supporting global mobility.
This individual will report directly to the Global People Generalists Manager while collaborating closely with international human resources business partners and centers of excellence across the enterprise. Key duties involve analyzing organizational metrics, executing performance management cases end-to-end, managing annual cyclical programs, and partnering cross-functionally with compliance, IT, and talent teams. The position requires occasional travel for team meetups, off-sites, or functional gatherings.
The role suits a self-starter with a proactive approach who thrives in fast-paced settings and possesses strong administrative decision-making skills. Candidates must have professional experience within a matrixed organization and demonstrate data analysis capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with regional human resources business partners to execute ongoing processes and roll out programs
- Analyze metrics, headcount, attrition, and performance data to generate customized reports and insights for leadership
- Manage performance management cases end-to-end and coach managers through best practices
- Drive business-led initiatives such as reorganizations and job level assessments
- Coordinate cross-functionally with IT, compliance, recruiting, and compensation teams
- Facilitate annual cyclical events including pulse surveys and calibrations
Requirements
- Three or more years of human resources experience in a matrixed organization
- Ability to operate independently as a self-starter and decisive problem solver
- Strong skills in administrative decision-making and handling sensitive or confidential issues
- Demonstrated data analysis abilities to share actionable recommendations with stakeholders
- Capacity to leverage AI tools strategically to enhance productivity
