This engineering position focuses on identity, governance, and automated access control across multi-cloud environments.
The role suits an individual who wants to design, build, and operate platform security tools and access controls at scale. Team members manage identity federation, least-privilege access, and automated provisioning across numerous accounts on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. The successful candidate will write code using modern AI-assisted tooling, handle multi-cloud Identity and Access Management, and contribute to Terraform-based infrastructure automation to ensure secure developer access.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate automations and access tools that secure multi-cloud environments while streamlining developer workflows
- Collaborate with security and technical leadership to transform well-scoped tasks into working code
- Engage in code reviews while adhering to established patterns, testing standards, and policy-as-code frameworks
- Support multi-cloud access infrastructure spanning Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform using Terraform
- Maintain least-privilege IAM policies, identity federation, role provisioning, and automated lifecycle workflows across numerous cloud accounts
- Sustain observability coverage, including metrics, alerts, and basic distributed tracing, across core data pipelines
- Promote secure architectural practices and Identity and Access Management best practices across the platform
- Report access drift, technical debt, security vulnerabilities, and platform issues to the team
- Seek feedback and mentorship from senior engineers, take part in sprint planning, and share knowledge with peers
Requirements
- 1 to 2 plus years of professional software engineering, DevOps engineering, or Platform engineering experience
- Practical exposure to multi-cloud environments, Identity and Access Management, or platform automation
- Working knowledge of at least one of Shell, Terraform, YAML, or Go
- Solid understanding of core security concepts including authentication, authorization, least-privilege principles, and secrets management
- Practical experience or familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Harness
- Basic exposure to account management, IAM permissions, or core services in at least one major cloud provider
Qualifications
- Familiarity with centralized identity federation, SAML, OIDC, or Okta integration with cloud service providers
- Hands-on experience with containerized workloads such as Docker and Kubernetes, or managing access to Kubernetes clusters
- Interest in automated cloud governance tools, account vending machines, or identity lifecycle management at scale
- Coursework or personal projects involving distributed systems, cloud security, or API development
