Job Description
Experian seeks a professional for a Performance Management and Reporting position based in Hyderabad. This hybrid role involves owning the end-to-end development of Global Delivery Centre Quarterly Performance Reviews and translating complex financial, delivery, and workforce information into clear insights for leadership decision-making. The person in this position will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes.
The ideal candidate will manage quality assurance across performance materials, build Power BI dashboards, write SQL queries, and implement automation solutions to minimize manual work. Reporting directly to a Vice President, the incumbent will handle ad-hoc reporting requests and establish robust reporting governance to enhance data reliability and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete development and production of Global Delivery Centre Quarterly Performance Reviews
- Translate complex performance, financial, and workforce metrics into executive summaries
- Conduct quality assurance across all review materials to validate accuracy and consistency
- Implement automation tools and standardized reporting frameworks to decrease manual effort
- Establish reporting governance and operational rhythms alongside senior GDC and HR leaders
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
- Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Investigate operational trends and address ad-hoc data requests
Requirements
- Experience developing executive performance reviews, business reviews, or board reporting materials
- Ability to transform complex data into concise executive insights
- Experience identifying and optimizing reporting automation opportunities
- Proficiency in SQL for working with large datasets
- Experience with Power BI including dashboard creation, DAX, and data modelling
Qualifications
- Advanced data analysis, reporting, and visualisation skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Experience leveraging artificial intelligence tools and techniques to improve efficiency
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and influencing abilities with senior leaders
