Experian is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join its Global Security Office in Hyderabad on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, the engineer will focus on implementing and optimizing enterprise Identity Governance solutions, with a strong emphasis on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. The position involves advancing identity security strategies through modern cloud-based identity and access management capabilities, scalable governance processes, and the development of artificial intelligence-powered solutions to improve operational efficiency and access controls.
This role suits professionals with extensive experience in identity governance who can design and build scalable identity lifecycle management processes, integrate SailPoint Identity Security Cloud with various enterprise platforms, and utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance access governance. The ideal candidate will work closely with security, engineering, and business stakeholders to strengthen governance controls, enforce least privilege and zero trust principles, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise Identity Governance and Administration solutions utilizing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
- Build and deploy scalable identity lifecycle management processes including joiner, mover, leaver, access requests, certifications, role management, and policy enforcement.
- Develop SailPoint Identity Security Cloud integrations with cloud platforms, SaaS applications, HR systems, directories, and enterprise applications.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud architecture, configuration, workflows, and governance controls.
- Design and support cloud identity and access management integrations across Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Amazon Web Services IAM, and Google Cloud IAM.
- Design and implement artificial intelligence-powered solutions to enhance Identity Governance and Administration capabilities across the enterprise.
- Utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics to improve identity lifecycle management, access governance, and decision-making.
- Build artificial intelligence-enabled capabilities to support access certification recommendations, role mining, identity risk scoring, and anomaly detection.
- Enforce identity governance policies, access controls, and segregation of duties requirements following least privilege and zero trust principles.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with identity and access management processes while supporting internal and external audit activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration technologies
- 2+ years of direct experience implementing and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in large enterprise environments
- Proven experience integrating SailPoint Identity Security Cloud with Entra ID, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and cloud or SaaS platforms
- Strong expertise in Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Requests, Access Certifications, Provisioning, Role-Based Access Control, Attribute-Based Access Control, and Segregation of Duties controls
- Experience designing and implementing artificial intelligence-powered solutions supporting Identity Governance and Administration platforms
