Job Description

This position suits an AI-first professional who can architect major and minor platform launches and manage concurrent cross-functional portfolios spanning Product Management, Product Design, Growth Marketing, Comms, and Field Enablement. You will act as the operational spine for the team by transforming manual coordination into shared AI workflows, scaling a framework capable of handling over 15 major and minor product launches annually, and driving decision velocity amidst ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Architect major and minor product launches while redesigning the launch operating model around AI agents
Manage a concurrent portfolio of initiatives dependent on Product and Technical Marketing across multiple cross-functional teams
Convert manual coordination steps into shared AI workflows and collaborate with the Marketing AI Transformation Owner
Design early decision stages and present options, trade-offs, and risk assessments to executive leadership
Align go-to-market functions when workstreams collide or compete for shared resources
Establish quality benchmarks, monitor market-facing deliverables, and conduct post-launch retrospectives

Requirements

Demonstrated program management experience for go-to-market functions within the high-tech industry
Hands-on experience building and scaling program frameworks in large, distributed organizations
Practical experience using AI agents and automations in production environments
Proven track record of converting manual processes into operational AI workflows for team adoption
Familiarity with tracking success metrics such as pipeline growth, product adoption, and consumption data
