Bosch seeks a Process Associate to join its team in Bengaluru for a full-time, on-site role. This position involves managing general ledger activities, overseeing financial reporting, and participating in fiscal governance.
The role suits accounting professionals with expertise in statutory audits, regulatory compliance, and financial statement preparation. Responsibilities include handling month-end closing schedules, supporting external audits, maintaining charts of accounts, and enforcing internal controls. Candidates will also engage in finance control projects and process enhancement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger closing, reporting, and maintenance of the chart of accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Implement new accounting standards and policies according to Ind AS and IFRS
- Conduct monthly fiscal reviews alongside the Record to Report Head, corporate financial controller, and balance sheet review teams
- Prepare statutory financials under Schedule III of the Companies Act 2013 and facilitate external statutory and group audits
- Collaborate with internal business teams to resolve audit findings and prepare deliverables for board meetings
- Plan and coordinate month-end closing activities using the financial closing cockpit, ensuring timely sub-ledger closures and journal entries
- Prepare and distribute monthly accounting schedules
- Maintain fiscal governance, internal controls, process documentation, and resolve internal audit points
- Engage in special finance control projects and process improvements
Requirements
- Experience covering annual audits under IFRS or Ind AS
- Working knowledge of the SAP FI system
Qualifications
- Educational qualification as a CA or CMA
- Either qualified as a CA fresher or possessing three to five years of experience within a medium or large manufacturing enterprise, GCC, or COE accounting function
- Knowledge of the Companies Act 2013, Ind AS, IFRS, and SEBI regulations
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as RPA, blockchain, and Power BI
- Strong communication abilities and a positive, eager-to-learn attitude
