Experian is seeking a Product Launch Manager for an on-site position in Mumbai. This full-time role focuses on supporting product rollouts, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving operational readiness across various teams.
The person in this position will act as a central coordinator for new capabilities and features, helping teams navigate complex initiatives and ambiguous environments. Responsibilities include tracking milestones, executing readiness reviews, maintaining documentation, and partnering with departments such as Product Management, Delivery, Support, Marketing, and Sales. Responsibilities
- Coordinate launch activities and execution processes for assigned products, features, and capabilities
- Monitor progress, track milestones and dependencies, and identify potential launch blockers
- Partner with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales, and operations to meet readiness requirements
- Maintain project schedules, status reports, final deliverables repositories, and launch documentation
- Analyze historical data and stakeholder feedback to recommend improvements for future operational efficiency
Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience in product operations, program management, business operations, or a related domain
- Demonstrated background supporting product rollouts and handling cross-functional projects from planning through completion
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management principles, go-to-market strategies, and Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency using collaboration and project management applications such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, or ServiceNow
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience
- Background working within the software industry
- Prior exposure to AI-enabled tools and their utilization in operational workflows
