This role is designed to help product teams function at peak effectiveness by focusing on metrics, reporting, budgeting, infrastructure, and business processes. The intern will work cross-functionally to streamline workflows, manage the tech stack and tooling, facilitate customer feedback loops, and implement administrative and human resource processes. Additional duties involve creating go-to-market strategies, handling special projects, conducting competitor analysis or field testing, and building web-based tools using automation and Claude.ai. Candidates must be capable of riding motorcycle taxis.
The position requires an independent, resourceful individual with a strong personality, a growth mindset, and the ability to make quick decisions. Applicants must possess a personal laptop, pay close attention to detail, and be willing to work on-site three to five times per week if needed. The successful candidate will commit to a long-term internship lasting four to five months.
Responsibilities
- Streamline product processes, workflows, and cross-organizational collaboration
- Collect, organize, and analyze product usage data to support product management decisions
- Manage tooling, the tech stack, product enablement, and customer feedback comprehension
- Facilitate customer feedback loops with other company teams
- Implement operational, administrative, and human resource processes within the product group
- Develop and execute go-to-market playbooks and strategies for current products
- Perform competitor analysis and field testing when required
- Manage special projects and build web-based tools using automations and Claude.ai
