The assistant helps leaders stay prepared and focused so they can spend their time on the company's mission.

Day-to-day tasks include handling calendars for at least two senior leaders across several time zones, protecting time for document review and strategic work, and booking meeting rooms and visitors. Written and spoken Hungarian at fluent or native level is required, and applicants must be legally entitled to work in Hungary. A strong command of Google Workspace or similar tools and of Slack is expected, along with high accuracy and discretion with sensitive information. Interest in using AI tools to streamline routine admin is welcome.
