Figma is seeking a Program Manager, Scale Onboarding to join its team in London on a full-time, on-site basis. Figma provides a platform that assists teams with brainstorming, prototyping, translating designs into code, and real-time collaboration. In this position, the professional will develop and deliver a high-volume customer onboarding experience tailored for commercial segments. Responsibilities include working alongside leadership to shape scale onboarding strategies, expanding programs to support international sales teams, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to refine processes.
This role suits an organized and communicative professional who can manage scale customer onboarding programs and drive high volumes of users toward onboarding completion. The candidate will partner closely with marketing, operations, sales, and enablement teams to evangelize the program, build scalable customer resources, and analyze metrics and customer feedback to spot new initiatives. Candidates must be comfortable communicating with various personas and leading large-scale customer webinars.
Responsibilities
- Manage scale customer onboarding programs for a high volume of commercial clients
- Partner with sales, marketing, and enablement teams to build and promote the onboarding program
- Guide large volumes of customers toward the successful completion of onboarding
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales to optimize scalable customer programs
- Track metrics and user feedback to evaluate onboarding success and discover product opportunities
- Create training and educational resources to accelerate customer product adoption
- Provide guidance on industry best practices and inspire new product use cases
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably within B2B SaaS
- Background in managing customers through the implementation or onboarding of technical products
- Experience handling multiple customers simultaneously while driving successful outcomes
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Comfort speaking with diverse customer personas across different functions and seniority levels
- Experience building and leading large-scale customer webinars alongside marketing teams
- Ability to attend in-person onboarding upon hire
- Requirement to keep cameras on during video interviews
Qualifications
- Experience using or working with Figma or other UX and UI tools
- Track record of quickly learning and adapting to new technologies
