This remote position involves coordinating programs that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery across the company. The professional in this role will collaborate with frontline service, quality assurance, enablement, business applications, and analytics teams to design initiatives that optimize day-to-day operations for customers and professionals alike. The ideal candidate takes ownership across functional boundaries, builds expertise rapidly within assigned specializations, and maintains clear communication and documentation across the entire program lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop structured program plans featuring schedules, task lists, and resource allocation
- Identify and resolve program dependencies alongside relevant teams
- Run regular progress meetings to guide decision-making and handle issues
- Keep thorough program reporting and documentation for accountability
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to link objectives with broader goals

Requirements
- Minimum of five years of program or project management background, ideally in service operations handling multiple concurrent initiatives

- Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile frameworks
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and detail-oriented capabilities
- Clear communication skills to align diverse stakeholders
- Capacity to navigate complex program hurdles and oversee risk
- Availability to work the graveyard shift
Qualifications
- Background in a fast-paced, high-growth technology setting with adaptability to shifting responsibilities
