In this role, the selected leader will direct regional managers, maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline, and experiment with innovative outbound strategies.

Team members primarily work remotely from home, coming together in-person two to four times per year for global sprints in various international locations.

Responsibilities

  • Direct regional sales development representative and business development representative managers and teams across the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions
  • Maintain a multi-million dollar sales pipeline
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop SDR Team Managers
  • Drive accountability and culture across asynchronous, remote-first global teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Regional Sales Vice Presidents, Marketing, and Field Engineering
  • Experiment with novel outbound strategies to adapt to evolving market conditions

  • Track record of delivering exceptional outbound sales development results
  • Track record of recruiting, mentoring, and developing sales team managers
  • Expertise in leveraging modern sales tech stacks and CRM analytics for predictable pipeline forecasting

  • Multi-regional strategic vision tailored to AMER, EMEA, and APAC market dynamics
