The organization is currently hiring a full-time Retirement Onboarding Specialist (New Plans) on a hybrid work basis.
In this position, the professional manages the complete implementation journey for new enterprise and starter 401(k) plans. Acting as the primary contact for plan sponsors and administrators, the specialist guides clients through setup tasks, ensures first contributions are processed correctly, and helps employers meet their target launch dates.

Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated book of business covering new enterprise and starter 401(k) plans from contract signing through activation and first contribution processing.
- Act as the primary contact for plan administrators and sponsors via telephone, email, and video calls.
- Guide employers through pre-ready task dashboards and perform proactive follow-ups to keep plan setups on schedule.
- Track performance metrics such as time to activation, time to ready, CSAT, and average response times.
- Collaborate across departments with Sales, Legal, and Operations teams to address setup concerns.
- Relay client feedback to leadership and product groups to support platform enhancements.
- Utilize artificial intelligence applications to optimize daily communications and administrative workflows.
Requirements
- Possess at least 4 years of total professional experience.
- Accumulate a minimum of 3 years of background in client-facing implementation, technical onboarding, or account management.
- Demonstrate expertise in SaaS, Finance, or Operations.
- Maintain proficiency with Salesforce along with case management software.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills via email, phone, and video.
Qualifications
- Bring previous background in startup organizations or financial services.
- Show familiarity with retirement plan administration or 401(k) plans.
- Hold or actively pursue an RPS or CRPS designation.
- Demonstrate knowledge regarding ERISA regulations and payroll platforms.
