Job Description
This London role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two remote days. The position is full-time with flexible shift rotas, including a duty to work two weekends each month. Strong command of English and French, in writing and in conversation, is required.
The representative joins the Rider Onboarding and Compliance group, which recruits and guides people to become couriers so that the platform has enough capacity for demand, and which helps riders remain active and compliant. The post covers complex, high-stakes cases. The representative takes end-to-end responsibility for each applicant's onboarding path, clearing obstacles and keeping supply levels sound.
Routine work involves tracking supply pacing and pipeline figures in assigned regions, and stepping in when hiring targets slip. Daily coordination with third-party suppliers and internal colleagues keeps tasks on track and unblocks issues. The representative also reviews and improves onboarding procedures to find system bottlenecks and propose practical changes that raise conversion, and assists other international markets with their own onboarding flows.
A strong candidate communicates concisely and clearly with varied stakeholders and vendors, works carefully with process discipline, analyses problems and finds operational friction, adapts quickly as priorities change, and keeps learning. Familiarity with Salesforce or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting is helpful.
