Angkas is hiring a project-based Safety Trainer and ERT team member, assigned to General Santos City, on a full-time, on-site basis. The role runs safety riding seminars and onboarding training for new drivers, tests rider knowledge of safety protocols and road rules, and completes accreditation after training. It also covers training records, onboarding and driver processing targets, and coordination with operations and safety teams on rider readiness.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety riding seminars and onboarding sessions for new drivers, following company standards.
- Test rider understanding of safety rules, road regulations and operating guidelines.
- Complete accreditation and onboarding paperwork for drivers once training ends.
- Keep attendance and results records current, and help the team meet onboarding targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (four-year program) in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience facilitating safety riding seminars or conducting driver training programs.
- Valid LTO Professional Driver's License for two-wheel and four-wheel vehicles, plus a TESDA Driving NC II certification.
- Completed 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training, and owns a personal motorcycle.
Qualifications
- Experience operating two-wheel and four-wheel vehicles.
- Knowledge of Philippine traffic laws and defensive driving principles.
- Experience assessing rider performance.
