Bosch seeks a hands-on SAP FICO Consultant for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is open to both functional and technical consultants who will manage process governance and integrate business processes for FICO operations.
The person in this position will define and optimize financial and controlling workflows, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to central governance standards. Key duties involve handling business requirements within an agile framework, coordinating development, aligning with process managers, and supporting process chain performance.

Responsibilities
- Manage process governance and integrate business processes for FICO operations
- Define and optimize financial and controlling workflows for continuous improvement
- Develop acceptance and functional tests and align them with process chain testing alongside business teams
- Ensure business processes comply with central governance standards via process managers
- Handle assigned business requirements within an agile workflow and coordinate with project managers for approvals
- Standardize business processes based on decisions from process managers and boards
- Participate in change decisions and escalate issues when necessary
- Coordinate business requirement development and maintain data in supporting tools like T&R and HP ALM
- Represent the team in process board meetings and align with fellow process chain representatives
- Evaluate impacts and interdependencies between various process areas
Requirements
- Possess hands-on expertise in SAP FICO processes
- Demonstrate knowledge of business planning and forecasting
- Bring strong communication and presentation abilities
- Have eight years of industry experience in finance and accounting, including handling finance roles
Qualifications
- Hold a Master of Business Administration in Finance or an ICWA qualification
- Obtain an SAP certification
- Gather prior experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or support
- Gain corporate functions experience in business finance or controlling
- Work with reporting and dashboards designed for senior management
