Grab is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Operations to join the team responsible for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding new drivers onto the Grab and MoveIt platform. This position focuses on driving operational efficiency through data analysis, project management, process improvement, and automation. The ideal candidate will design and execute cross-functional projects, build software solutions to automate manual tasks, and help scale the company rider-base.
Daily activities involve collaborating with on-ground operations, marketing, and marketplace teams to solve complex business problems. Team members will evaluate existing workflows, establish performance dashboards, maintain thorough documentation, and conduct workshops on best practices. Responsibilities
- Assess project feasibility, develop project plans, and execute initiatives across internal and external teams
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation and create training materials or workshops for staff
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and design solutions
- Design, test, deploy, and manage software solutions to automate manual workflows
- Utilize data analysis techniques and build dashboards to measure the acquisition funnel and onboarding initiatives
- Evaluate current operations, propose efficiency strategies, and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Bring at least two years of experience in automation or data analytics
- Possess a minimum of two years of experience in supply chain, project management, or process improvement
- Demonstrate proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python
- Show proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
- Maintain fluency in both Filipino and English
- Possess knowledge regarding transport, cars, and the automotive and transport industry
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of computer programming and software development
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform system tests
