Meesho is seeking a Senior Associate - Performance Marketing to join the Content Commerce General Management organization in Bengaluru. The company operates an e-commerce platform that aims to democratize internet commerce, connecting consumers across urban, semi-urban, and rural India with small businesses and affordable merchandise.
This role sits within the Meesho Creator Club team, which focuses on onboarding, activating, and scaling creators nationwide to drive immersive and high-conversion shopping experiences. The position involves discovering new creator growth channels, executing campaigns, and building toolkits to bridge the gap between aspiration and access in Indian e-commerce.

Responsibilities
- Discover new creator growth channels spanning social platforms and community groups
- Design growth experiments and campaigns to bring new creators into the Meesho ecosystem
- Activate and enable creators to participate consistently in content commerce through playbooks, incentives, and toolkits
- Collaborate cross-functional with internal product, operations, technology, and creative teams alongside external partners
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience managing digital performance campaigns
- In-depth understanding of running performance marketing campaigns
- Ability to make analytically driven decisions from campaign data and execute corrective actions
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and project management abilities
Qualifications
- Experience with Meta ads and Google Ads is preferred
