Elation Health is hiring a remote Senior Associate, Strategic Finance. The associate reports to the Senior Director, Strategic Finance, and would be a core member of the function. Elation runs a cloud-based clinical platform for physicians and patients, and this role helps strengthen the company's forecasting, planning and reporting.
The associate would work directly with executives and senior leaders to pull out insights that shape strategy. The posting asks for careful attention to detail, comfort driving cross-functional projects to completion, and the ability to work with little direction.

Solid knowledge of accounting and corporate finance, especially financial modeling, is expected, along with advanced spreadsheet, document and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Own, maintain and expand the company operating model
- Run annual planning, quarterly and monthly forecasts, and ongoing performance analysis
- Work with accounting to build processes that deliver accurate, timely management reporting
- Build financial models and offer strategic insights to senior leaders
- Prepare quarterly board reporting materials
- Carry out one-off financial modeling and analysis requests
Requirements
- College degree in a closely related area such as finance, business or economics
- Two-plus years of FP&A work
- Proficiency in accounting and corporate finance, especially financial modeling
- Highly organized and analytical, able to juggle several projects without losing quality
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets, word processing and presentation software
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with people at every level
Qualifications
- Background in consulting, accounting, finance or deal advisory
- Experience with ERP systems and corporate financial planning tools
- Experience applying AI tools such as Claude or OpenAI to financial work
