The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and product design teams while maintaining high standards for craft and speed. Responsibilities span digital experiences, campaigns, product launches, physical environments, and internal communications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design efforts for product launches, marketing campaigns, events, and internal initiatives
  • Develop foundational visual elements including typography, color, iconography, motion, and composition
  • Create assets across various mediums such as web, print, 3D, swag, and physical environments
  • Build functional prototypes and write front-end code using Figma alongside AI-assisted development environments
  • Establish and scale a cohesive brand system that provides production-ready templates and tools
  • Collaborate with design engineers, marketing teams, product designers, and company leadership
  • Manage relationships and direct external specialists like photographers, freelancers, and fabricators
  • Present and defend creative strategies connected to business and audience goals

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in brand, marketing, or visual design within a fast-paced tech, SaaS, or developer tools environment
  • Exceptional command of typography, composition, layout, visual hierarchy, and spacing
  • Practical working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools throughout the design, prototyping, and coding workflow
  • Experience producing assets for both digital and physical formats, including print preparation and responsive design

Core Skills

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package with equity options
  • Inclusive healthcare package

  • Flexible time off policy
  • Provided work equipment and a work-from-home setup budget
