This position focuses on guiding the expansion and performance of payment products through quantitative research and strategic planning. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, business development, and data engineering teams to reveal problems and track product metrics

- Manage end-to-end analytics for growth products, covering data requirement gathering, opportunity sizing, experiment design, and impact reviews

- Utilize advanced mathematical and statistical models such as A/B testing, multivariate testing, clustering, and supervised learning
Requirements
- Possess three to four years of professional experience in a quantitative analysis role
- Demonstrate strong SQL skills
- Gain practical experience in designing, running, and analyzing digital product experiments
- Hold hands-on experience using visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
- Apply statistical modeling and advanced analytics for product insights
- Show proficiency in statistical programming with Python and familiarity with Pandas, SciPy, and Jupyter notebooks
- Communicate clearly in professional spoken and written English
