Job Description
Prerender, a service in the saas.group portfolio, helps websites built on JavaScript stay discoverable to search engines and AI assistants. The company says more than 100,000 sites depend on it. This is a fully remote, full-time post for a Senior Customer Success Manager who is responsible for keeping an assigned group of enterprise and mid-market clients, and who is measured by how many of those clients stay.
The work is built around early warning. The manager reads usage patterns, health scores and other risk signals, contacts clients before frustration becomes a cancellation, and runs repeatable retention plays. Clients are shown, in terms of traffic, visibility and revenue, what rendering, crawling and indexing actually deliver. Churn reasons and missing features are passed on to Product, Support and Marketing. Within the first few months the person is also expected to begin advising on AI visibility, as Prerender extends beyond classic SEO.
Candidates should have at least five years in client-facing roles such as customer success or account management, ideally with B2B SaaS firms focused on marketing, advertising, SEO or martech. Owning retention or churn targets is essential, as is comfort with usage analytics, health scoring and CRM systems such as HubSpot. Familiarity with SEO, JavaScript-rendered sites, crawlers or caching is welcome but not mandatory, because product training is provided.
The posting does not list a pay figure. It states that salary bands will be shared in writing before the first interview.
