Swiggy seeks a Senior Executive - Graphic Designer to join its team on a full-time, on-site basis in Mumbai. This role centers on driving visual execution and leadership for multiple projects, from initial idea to final delivery.
The chosen candidate will shape visual aesthetics for marketing materials and campaigns, guarantee adherence to brand standards, and produce compelling assets across digital and print mediums. Daily duties involve partnering with content and post-production groups, conducting quality reviews, maintaining high standards, and providing creative direction and guidance to junior team members.

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute multiple design projects from concept to completion
- Create digital and print assets including websites, social media creatives, email templates, branding, advertisements, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Shape visual style and direction for campaigns and marketing materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups such as Post Production and Content
- Conduct thorough design reviews to ensure quality and brand alignment before final delivery
- Support and guide junior team members through creative inputs and quality checks
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design tools, and creative techniques
Requirements
- Proven graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Proficiency in Figma and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, branding design, visual brand building, and visual composition
- Work full-time from the base location in Mumbai
Qualifications
- Experience of 2 to 3 years in a design studio, agency, or in-house team preferred
