Job Description
Elastic is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer specializing in Observability to join its Streams UI team. The employer operates as a Search AI Company, delivering cloud-based solutions for search, security, and observability utilized by more than half of the Fortune 500. In this position, the contributor will focus on Fleet, which is the central management interface for Elastic Agent within Kibana, as well as Streams, a log data handling utility responsible for parsing, ingestion, retention, organization, and enrichment.

- Prior experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools to speed up feature delivery and improve codebases
- Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with a commitment to asynchronous knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Experience using Reactflow
- Familiarity with the Elastic stack, observability tools, or log and data-ingestion pipelines
- Background in Go, Kubernetes, or cloud-native software development
- Experience building large user interfaces that handle high volumes of data, tables, filtering, and search
- Familiarity with real-time or streaming data
- Previous open-source contribution history or time spent on a developer-facing platform team
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading small project teams
