Job Description

Ebury is seeking a Senior FX Product Manager - Hedging Conversion to join its team in London. As the company transitions from a delivery-led organisation into a platform-led product enterprise, this position focuses entirely on one key metric: the proportion of clients who convert into active hedgers.

Operating at the intersection of product development, data, and commercial strategy, this role requires building guided customer journeys, lifecycle workflows, and decision tools. These features help international businesses understand their currency exposure, transition from ad-hoc spot trades to structured hedging policies, and make confident financial decisions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with commercial teams, sales representatives, designers, engineers, risk management, compliance specialists, and direct clients, supported by a dedicated squad of developers.

Founded in 2009, Ebury is a fast-growing fintech company that provides integrated business accounts, hedging, and financing solutions on a single platform. The firm employs over 2,000 professionals across nearly 70 cities worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end conversion journey from spot client to hedge-active and policy client, managing drop-off points
  • Design guided, staged user journeys and event-triggered workflows based on real triggers like currency pairs, invoice events, and rate movements
  • Build client-facing decision tools for exposure views, scenario modelling, and forward comparisons
  • Develop internal portfolio-level tooling and exposure signals for Cash and Portfolio Managers (CPMs) to identify timely conversation opportunities
  • Establish repeat hedging workflows that move clients from ad-hoc trades to standing monthly policies through statements and review prompts
  • Execute a regular schedule of A/B tests across the conversion journey and measure performance outcomes

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of product management experience, including ownership of conversion, adoption, or engagement outcomes end-to-end
  • Strong analytics and experimentation skills covering funnel analysis, cohort retention, and A/B test design
  • Demonstrated experience designing lifecycle journeys, triggered workflows, and associated messaging
  • Fluent English communication skills for daily collaboration with global commercial, technical, legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Prior foreign exchange, hedging, or other asset class familiarity
  • Experience working in fintech or regulated financial products
  • Background in building internal or advisor-facing tooling alongside client-facing products
  • Localisation awareness

Core Skills

Benefits

  • Competitive starting salary alongside an annual discretionary performance bonus
  • Dedicated mentorship from experienced managers
  • Access to tailor-made tools and systems
  • Defined pathways to leadership and specialist roles for career progression
  • Comprehensive health care and social benefits tailored to location
  • Central London office location with transport links
