Job Description
Instacart is an enterprise transforming the grocery delivery sector by offering an essential service that connects customers with household goods and groceries while providing flexible earning opportunities for personal shoppers. The company operates under a Flex First approach, granting personnel the freedom to select their preferred working environment from home, an office, or other locations.

Over the course of a year, the chosen candidate will shape a self-service immigration framework relying on structured documentation rather than institutional memory. This function suits an immigration practitioner who enjoys both high-level vendor oversight and hands-on case management.

- Prior experience working with global immigration vendors
- Familiarity with Workday and case or ticketing tools such as Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow, or Salesforce
