The organization is currently hiring a full-time Senior Manager, Enablement Learning Experience to join the Sales Enablement team remotely.
This position acts as a shared resource collaborating with Field Readiness, Global Programs, and other enablement units to transform business strategies and subject-matter knowledge into impactful learning journeys. The ideal professional is a hands-on builder capable of designing self-paced digital programs, live workshops, multimedia components, and performance aids. Responsibilities include working directly with internal experts, establishing digital learning capabilities, and managing multiple concurrent projects within platforms such as Seismic.
Candidates must bring at least five years of background in sales, revenue, or a related enablement function, along with direct experience constructing learning assets using authoring tools like Articulate 360, Storyline, or Rise. The salary range for this role is USD 168,000 to 204,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging self-paced digital learning experiences and multimedia components using authoring tools like Articulate 360, Storyline, and Rise
- Partner with Enablement leaders to translate business priorities and strategies into blended learning journeys
- Collaborate directly with subject-matter experts across various company functions to extract knowledge and simplify technical material
- Build learning materials such as PowerPoint presentations, facilitator guides, job aids, practice activities, and assessments
- Publish, manage, and maintain learning programs within Seismic and other learning management systems
- Establish repeatable templates, standards, and governance approaches for digital learning development across the Enablement team
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a closely related enablement discipline
- Demonstrated history of personally building enablement programs and learning experiences rather than only managing external vendors
- Hands-on expertise utilizing digital learning authoring tools like Articulate 360, Storyline, or Rise
- Experience creating and editing multimedia content such as video and audio
- Advanced PowerPoint capabilities with a strong focus on information design and visual storytelling
- Familiarity working with learning management systems and sales enablement platforms
Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting complex, consultative, B2B, or services sales organizations
- Familiarity with Seismic Learning or comparable platforms
- Background building curricula for multiple sales roles, segments, or journey stages
- Experience creating scenario-based learning, simulations, and practice exercises
- Background in helping establish or scale digital learning operations inside an enablement team
